Program Overview
Early pregnancy is one of the leading causes of school dropouts for girls in the Dandora
slums, often trapping them in a lifetime of extreme poverty and dependency. Our Support for
Young Mothers program is designed to intervene at this critical juncture, offering a second
chance at education, financial independence, and personal dignity.
We refuse to let a teenage pregnancy dictate the end of a young woman's potential. Through a combination of entrepreneurship training, psychological support, and our dedicated daycare services, we enable young mothers to either seamlessly reintegrate into the formal school system or launch their own micro-businesses. We empower the mother, which directly secures the future of the child.
